By using our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage and agree in these terms.
AN LUXURY does not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the online store and service may be interrupted due to, for example, hardware or software maintenance. AN LUXURY will not be liable for damages related to the use of the shop, subject to mandatory legislation.
AN LUXURY has the right to change these terms and conditions by publishing updated terms on the terms and conditions pages. Check out the terms and conditions applicable before each order.
Ordering from an.luxury requires that you comply with the terms of your online store, meet your requirements and provide you with full and true information. You will need to correct incorrect information about yourself without delay. Keep the credentials required for login carefully so that they will not be taken over by outsiders. You can have only one account. AN LUXURY is not responsible for any inaccuracies in your order, order or delivery confirmation or other documents provided.
Your personal information will be stored in the customer register maintained by AN LUXURY. For more detailed information on how to process and use your personal data, see our Privacy Statement.
All our prices include VAT. AN LUXURY reserves the right to change prices and shipping costs at any time.
You can purchase products either as a registered customer or also without registering.
You must provide at least all the information required to complete your order when registering and/or purchasing.
After complete purchase, your will be sent a electronic receipt of your order, where you can check and confirm the details of your order.
Keep the Electronic receipt in safe place for a possible future purposes.
The purchase price of the product is determined by the price indicated at the time of order at the online store, excluding any obvious excessive prices caused by human or technical errors or force majeur, in which cases the customer service will contact you without delay and report an error. The payment transaction for online store is carried out by the customer’s and company’s banks, payment service provider Klarna, Stripe or PayPal payment service. By accepting these terms, you agree that we or your payment service provider will send you invoices and supporting documents in electronic form.
Online shopping in an.luxury can only be purchased by people over 15 years of age.
People under the age of 18 can only pay for their purchase via online banking.
You must be at least 22 years old when paying for a bill or one-time credit.
Cancellation of Order
If any of your ordered products are not available, AN LUXURY will contact you. If necessary, AN LUXURY has the right to cancel the transaction. Our customer service will be in contact with you if the ordered quantity can not be delivered. The online shopping cart does not reserve the items from the store until the order has been paid.
We will deliver your domestic order to the Posti SmartPost or Posti Pickup Point picked by you.
International orders will be delivered to nearest pickup point in your country.
You can track your order with a provided tracking code when applicable.
Shipping costs are listed for each delivery method after selecting the delivery method during the checkout.
All domestic order over 99€ will be delivered free of charge.
Our most typical delivery time to Finland is 1-5 working days depending on the order and chosen delivery method.
We are not responsible for the delays caused by force majeure or the indirect harm caused by delays.
For all products purchased online, there is a 14-day return right (right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act). If you would like to return the products, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and indicate the reason for the refund, your order number / name, contact information, and your bank account number for refunding your money. Only unopened, unused cosmetic products are returnable.
We will refund the order amount excluding shipping costs within 14 days after we receive the returned product.
AN LUXURY does not cover return shipping costs except for cases where a defective or incorrect product has been sent to the customer. The product can not be returned if it has been opened and used after the delivery or after being returned being hygienically unusable product. We will try to replace wrong or defective product if the product is still available. Otherwise, the transaction will be discharged and the price paid for the product will be refunded to the customer.
Lost or damaged orders
If the product has lost during transport or otherwise does not equal to your order, you must notify us within 14 days of our error in our email@example.com customer service. If the package is damaged in the transport company’s carriage, please check the receipt of the package and direct the complaint directly to the package vendor, where the damaged package will be sent back and replaced with a new one.
AN LUXURY is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by any obstacle beyond it’s control which it has not reasonably been able to anticipate or the consequences it could not have avoided. For example, industrial interference, interruptions in public communications, power outages, loss of subscription, and disturbances in mail traffic or road traffic. If the order package does not reach the customer by the promised deadline, our company will request a clarification from the carrier. The order can not be replaced or returned before the end of the clarification process.
Products in the pictures may differ from the actual product or include items that are not part of the product. The product information for all products is displayed on the product page. Returns made due to a product data misfeed are free of charge as customer returns and must be returned within 14 days after the order has been received.
AN LUXURY reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a clear and substantial price error. This means a potential price distortion of the product in the online store, so that the price of the product deviates so significantly and clearly from the normal price level of the product that the customer would be deemed to understand the error in question.

Our liability is determined by applicable law. If you notice an error in the product, please contact our customer service even if the product return time has expired. We will answer all the errors that were found in the product, even if the error was discovered later. However, you must report any errors you have detected within a reasonable time after you have discovered it. Our warranty does not cover any errors that result from improper use or handling of the product or the normal wear of the product.
The discounts coupons are distributed during marketing campaigns and are valid only for a predetermined or limited period. Coupon can only be used once when order is made and must be used during its validity. Some products may be excluded from the campaign. Please note that using a coupon may require a minimum order value for your order. Coupon can not be exchanged for cash, and the value for the coupon is not increased by interest. The value of the coupon will not be refunded even if some or all of the products ordered are returned. The discount coupon can only be redeemed when the order is placed before sending the order. It is not possible to use coupons after ordering. Coupons can not be combined, unless otherwise specified.
